If you wish to include your application for your Wedding Certificate from Births, Deaths And Marriages there is an additional $55.00 charge. This can be done online by your celebrant who has already confirmed your identity. Certificates applied for by your celebrant are usually delivered by registered mail within 7 days of your wedding. Urgent applications are available at additional cost.

This includes a ceremony and service tailored to your wishes, conducted at a venue of your choosing. You can also choose your time and day for your ceremony. If you are considering Public Holidays please contact us regarding availability.

This Package includes:

• When you make an inquiry from Coastal Wedding Services we will list all the necessary documentation you will need to supply in order to proceed with Your Wedding.
• The Initial consultation will be conducted in a professional and relaxed atmosphere where we get to know each other and build a rapport to guide you through the process in a friendly helpful manner. This can be at a venue of your choosing or you are welcome to use our residential office.
• We will assist you to fully understand the process of planning Your Perfect Wedding in and around South West Rocks or else where. We will break the process of planning Your Wedding Ceremony into a series of attainable, easy to follow steps.
• Friendly and open discussion on the type of “Ceremony” you envisage for Your Wedding.
• Assist you in writing your ceremony for your wedding. We show you several sample ceremonies and discuss how to construct the Perfect Ceremony for Your Wedding.
• We offer to email you several ‘Sample’ ceremonies you may choose from or use them as a basis to construct Your Own Ceremony.
• Discuss and assist you to select the most suitable venue for Your Wedding.
• Discuss and assist you to select the most suitable TIME for Your Wedding Ceremony. We help You take into account local conditions for the time of year and offer prior knowledge of the Local area.
• Lodging of your “Notice of Intended Marriage” which is a LEGAL DOCUMENT will secure your booking for your time and intended Wedding Day.
• When you have constructed Your Wedding Ceremony we will review Your Wedding Ceremony to ensure that it meets all “Legal Requirements” and that it will flow smoothly on Your Wedding Day.
• We will meet with you just prior to Your Wedding Day to finalise the legal paperwork required prior to You Wedding Day.
• If requested we will attend a rehearsal to ensure all parties involved in the ceremony are confident in playing the important roll they have to play during Your Wedding Service.
• On Your Wedding Day the Service will be conducted in a Professional manner.
• After the Wedding has been Solemnised I will forward all required paperwork to the Registrar Of Births Deaths and Marriages in the state Your Wedding was conducted.

The Ultimate Wedding Package will vary in price according to the added services you wish to add to Your Wedding Package.

• Organising and playing your choice of music through a PA system during the ceremony.
• Providing signing table and chair for use during the ceremony.
• Additional seating for up to 10 of your guests during the ceremony.
• Hiring of 6 x 4 metre shade tent.
• Provision of and distribution to your guests of celebratory bubbles.
• Hiring of Wedding arch.
• Hiring of carpet/mat for aisle.
• Providing candles and other equipment used in ‘candle ceremony’.
• Hiring of Bali flags used as wedding flags.
• Floral baskets for marking aisle.
• We can also liaise with local businesses to ensure Your Wedding Day runs as smoothly as possible.
